Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your Dr. Anita purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below. 

Purchases can be returned or exchanged by contacting customer service at customerservice@dranita.com. Please include your name, contact information and order number, as well as the reason for your return or exchange request. 

Upon receipt of your refund or exchange request, please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Before requesting a refund or exchange, please read the following:

  • Returns or exchanges will only be issued upon receipt of any unused portion of Dr. Anita product, in its original packaging, within 30 days of the original purchase date. 
  • Exchanges can only be issued for identical products. 
  • Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.
  • We regret that we are unable to refund your original express shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error and/or product defect.

To return your item:

Fill out the Return/Exchange Form emailed to you by customer service and include the Return/Exchange Form with your items. Include your name, order number, e-mail address, and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.

Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and/or original packaging, if available. Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Danita.com does not provide a return label or pay for return shipping. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
